20251124 Meat Fabrication Course @ Pot & Pans













 What I learnt!

- how  to use a deboning knife

- thigh meat is dark meat not white

- searing before baking!

- cleaning chicken in cold water over fire parboil

- cooking the chicken stock 

- keeeping food warm at 60 degrees in oven 

- the tedious beef Wellington!

- many more educational culinary info!

Was it worth it? Yah! Go for it!!!

WE have arrived at our CORALs ! What a 35 achievement! Decided to take a short trip to KK as a getaway! A trip which we missed 14 years ago...
