Bought this glucose device Buzud for $88 to monitor glucose for next 2 weeks! 

Project started 23/3/25! 

GOOD & PROVEN!

DAY 4 : 26/3/25 Test Soleus Push Ups (SPU)

Confirmed worked ! Dropped 1.8 within half hour after 15 min of SPU in the car!

DAY9 :31/3/25 Test on walking after meals!

Confirmed worked too!

The longer the walk, the sharper the drop!

Finally the 14th is over! Yay!!! 6/4/2025!
