20141003 Eze38:23 Mui’s second composition! “That you will know He is God”

Christmas comes a bit too early?

No no. Decided to compose a song from Eze 38:23 & Ps46:1. 

Simply because the ME is very hot now with the impending cross fire from Iran and Israel. 

Praying for these nations …”that they will know that you are God” 

A sudden spur of melody in C key that flowed as I penned it down.

20240928 YWHW is faithful - The Alpha!

 The Lord started a little chain of events in early Jan 2024 with an encounter of a miracle at Highland Road

Next was the Spring Orchestra for the CNY. 

Then came the email to Glad Tidings Church seeking for an Alpha course for my sister who lives nearby. COOS is just too far for her. 

Little did I know that my very sister whom I know for so many years was not really good in Chinese! But the Alpha was in Chinese! Oh o)!

So came July 2024, the Alpha started. My sister went on her own. Came back and recounted how she had to read the English subtitles and required a translator due to the hard of hearing too! Lol!

Faithfully she went week after week. 

She completed 12 of the 13 sessions! What a surprised ! 

God is faithful. Amen!

20140923- Swing into 60?

 It was a stroll from Funan Centre to Raffles City via the underlink underpass! After our dinner….

The trio found this link too colourful to be ignored?

What then?

We decided to swing into action!

Oh my!

Behaving like kids! 6 year old?

Unlike swinging into 60!

But it was spontaneously fun! lol

20240912 Singing in tongues? memory time!?

This week is a memory time week!

Last week sermon on TONGUES!

Brought back so many memories?

Question: Do u speak in tongues ? 

Why or why not ?

Anyway , from mon to wed this week, I had a great reunion with friends and ex colleagues of over 30 years

1. MONDAY - COOS Sunday School! One who came back from Switzerland/ Mauritius! And a memory song which we used to sing! Here goes! “I will have no other Gods before me!”

2. Tuesday : Reunited with some secondary school mates. One who came back from Germany!

3. Wednesday :Reunited with ex bank colleagues - an invite by our dear old Boss who is no 85! Oh wow!

So these were 3 days in a row of 

Down Memory lane!

I recalled in 1996 how I “investigated” this topic!

The year I came to COOS!

Heard the teachings of DH!

Bought many books to read - FOR & AGAINST?

Fear not, it is my personal love language to my Lord

You better understand it not?

20240904 THE Alabaster Jar

 Last nite I broke my room perfume spray bottle accidentally!

Liquid spilled on the floor with broken glass!

Guess the room smelled great later!

Woke up early and hmmm

Started to doodle this alabaster jar arising from last nite break!

Have we broke our jar for the Lord Most High?

Food for thots!

20240831 The Blind Oat Biscuit Test!

 Had an interesting blind test on the preferred brand for this oat biscuit!  Guess all of us are uniquely created by the  Creator God to have differences tastebuds after all! Lol!

20240830 Sungai Kampung Melayu Drive

Took a 20 min drive to see this village

Passed thru the palm tree plantation. 

Some more bulldozed!

But HOPE!

Saw some baby plants ! Yeah! 

And a miniture wind farm  lol  

And Spore is just a strait away! From this tip of the peninsula!
